Houndsditch office for Cardpoint founder's accountancy firm

An accountancy firm chaired by Cardpoint founder Mark Mills is to open a London office.

The firm, Hurst, already has offices in Manchester and Stockport.

Mills said, “We’ve opened a London office in order to cement our plans for growth. We’re attracting a growing number of London based clients and are working with an increasing number of London-based venture capitalists, so opening an office here was a natural progression for us.

“A City base will give us and our clients increased business and networking opportunities. It’s a statement of our ambitious plans for growth.”

The new London office is located in Houndsditch and will primarily be used to support Hurst Corporate Finance. Hurst Payroll will also be using the base to support large blue chip payroll clients including Thompson On Line and Gorkana.
